Return Policy
Special-Order Items — including but not limited to new hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold tubs, hot tub covers, pool covers, and non-stocked parts or whole goods:
- A signed quote is required before any special-order item is submitted to the manufacturer or ordered.
- A deposit is required at signing; depending on the item's rarity or manufacturer requirements, payment in full may be required before the order is placed.
- Once a special-order item has been ordered, or an in-stock item covered by a signed quote has been delivered, the sale is final — no returns, no cancellation.
Clearance, Floor-Model, Refurbished & Open-Box Items — always final sale, no returns, regardless of pickup or delivery.
Electronic Parts & Chemicals — always final sale.
All Other In-Stock Items — returnable within 14 days with original receipt, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds — Cash or check purchases of $25 or more are refunded by company check within 15 business days of the return being processed.
