Your pool cleaner works hard, so you don’t have to. Keep it running it's best by bringing it to Baker Pool for our on-site maintenance and repair services. We'll run comprehensive diagnostics and provide a quote for whatever it needs. We are a warranty station for Polaris and Maytronics and can submit claims even if you purchased your cleaner elsewhere (just provide your proof of purchase at drop off or text pic/screenshot to 636-534-2610).

Repair Process
1. Drop off your cleaner at our Chesterfield location. Be sure to bring the following items. Do not bring the caddy. - For corded robotic cleaners, bring the power supply, robot, and basket/cartridges.
- For cordless robots, bring the charger/charging cable, robot, and basket/cartridges.
- For pressure side cleaners, bring the head and hose (everything from where it disconnects from your pool wall).
2. There is a diagnostic fee required at drop-off.
- Robotic and Pressure types bought from Baker Pool and under warranty: No Fee

3. Our techs will inspect the unit, run diagnostics on all major components, and submit claims and/or contact you with an estimate.
4. Once we have the appropriate approval(s), we will perform the repairs and contact you when ready for pickup.
