As a Hot Tub Repair Technician at Baker Pool & Spa, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional maintenance and repair services to our customers’ hot tubs.   1. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in a related field is preferred.
  2. Previous experience in hot tub repair or a similar role.
  3. Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  4. Knowledge of hot tub models and their components.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication skills to explain complex technical information to customers clearly.
  7. Ability to handle physical work, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
  8. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  9. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when needed.


  1. Troubleshoot and repair hot tubs, diagnosing various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
  2. Perform routine maintenance checks and services on hot tubs.
  3. Provide clear and detailed explanations to customers about the servicing process and any repairs performed.
  4. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest hot tub models, features, and repair techniques.
  6. Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  7. Respond to emergency repair requests as needed.
  8. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or queries from customers.
  9. Work closely with the customer service team to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
