As a Hot Tub Sales Associate at Baker Pool & Spa, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers seeking the perfect hot tub for their home. You will guide them through the buying process, offering advice and solutions tailored to their needs. Your role will involve showcasing our range of high-quality products, explaining features and benefits, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.


  1. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  2. Previous sales experience, preferably in the hot tub, swimming pool, or similar industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  5. Knowledge about hot tubs and their maintenance is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  7. Proficiency in using computer systems for sales tracking and customer management.
  8. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings.

  2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable hot tub models.
  3. Demonstrate product features and explain their benefits.
  4. Provide accurate information regarding pricing, financing options, and warranties.
  5. Guide customers through the purchase process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about various hot tub models, features, maintenance requirements, and industry trends.
  7. Follow up with potential customers, answering any further questions and assisting with their decision-making process.
  8. Work closely with the delivery and installation teams to ensure seamless service.
  9. Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
  10. Meet or exceed sales targets.
