Your role will involve showcasing our range of high-quality products, explaining features and benefits, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the hot tub, swimming pool, or similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Knowledge about hot tubs and their maintenance is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for sales tracking and customer management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable hot tub models.
- Demonstrate product features and explain their benefits.
- Provide accurate information regarding pricing, financing options, and warranties.
- Guide customers through the purchase process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about various hot tub models, features, maintenance requirements, and industry trends.
- Follow up with potential customers, answering any further questions and assisting with their decision-making process.
- Work closely with the delivery and installation teams to ensure seamless service.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
