Description

As a Hot Tub Delivery Specialist at Baker Pool & Spa, you will play a critical role in delivering our high-quality hot tubs to customers’ homes. Your responsibilities will include loading, transporting, and unloading hot tubs safely, as well as providing excellent customer service. You will also assist with the initial setup of the hot tub, ensuring it’s ready for use and that customers are satisfied with our service.

Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous delivery experience, preferably with large items; experience in the hot tub industry is a plus.
A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Basic understanding of hot tub operation and maintenance is beneficial.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload hot tubs onto the delivery vehicle.
Deliver hot tubs to customers’ homes, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
Assist with the initial setup of the hot tub, following company guidelines and safety standards.
Provide customers with basic instructions on how to use and maintain their new hot tub.
Complete delivery paperwork, including delivery confirmations and damage reports.
Maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and ready for use.
Address any customer queries or concerns during the delivery process.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to coordinate deliveries and address any issues.
